By creating an account or using Zaryaab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Research purposes only

All data, analysis, AI-generated summaries, and content on Zaryaab is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice. Past performance of any stock is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Data accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date data sourced from the Pakistan Stock Exchange and public filings. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not rely solely on Zaryaab data for financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Refunds are subject to their refund policy.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Account rules

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Zaryaab.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaryaab and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment losses, or damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on any information provided herein.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on Zaryaab is proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pakistani courts.
